Identification

Skoiy is a trademark of YouOn Consulting Lda, hereinafter (“YouOn” or “YouOn Group” or “us” or “we” or “our” or “Skoiy”). The purpose of this Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Agreement") is to cover our rules and our policies to use the platform. 

YouOn Consulting Lda is a company with headquarters in Praça Dona Maria II 344, 4760-111 V.N. Famalicão and NIF number is PT509936628.

This Agreement establishes the rules and policies for using the Skoiy platform.

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept them, you should refrain from using our services.

Acceptance of these Terms is strictly limited to the conditions outlined here. Additionally, compliance with our Privacy Policy is mandatory and should be read alongside this Agreement.

Modifications and Updates
Skoiy reserves the right to change, revise, or replace any section of these Terms at its discretion. When modifications occur, users will be notified, and continued use of the platform will indicate acceptance of the new conditions.

We encourage users to review these Terms regularly. Any updates will take effect under the following conditions:

When you explicitly accept the revised Terms;
When you continue using the platform after being informed of the changes;
Thirty (30) days after the new Terms are published on the platform.

Conditions of Use

This agreement establishes the terms and conditions that govern the use of our services.

By accepting these conditions, you and any authorized users will have the right to access and utilize Skoiy’s services as per the subscribed and paid plan.

Skoiy reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion. These changes may affect certain features, databases, or content, and users will be informed in advance through our platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible devices (both hardware and software) to access and use Skoiy’s services.

Service Updates and Third-Party Integrations

Skoiy may introduce changes to its platform, including adding, modifying, or removing functionalities. If a third-party service (such as an external API) discontinues or alters its terms of availability, Skoiy may be forced to remove related features without any obligation to provide refunds, credits, or compensation.

Furthermore, when using third-party services through Skoiy, you do so at your own risk. These external services operate under their own terms and conditions, which we strongly recommend reviewing before use.

User Responsibilities

By using Skoiy, you acknowledge that:

You are fully responsible for the content you upload, publish, or display via the platform. Skoiy does not control, verify, or moderate such content.
Your account credentials, including your password, must be kept confidential.
Any suspicious activity on your account should be reported to Skoiy immediately.
The service must be used in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Actions
To maintain the integrity of our platform, users are strictly prohibited from:

Selling, renting, or transferring their account to third parties.
Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful links.
Using automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers, spiders) to copy or extract platform content.
Engaging in illegal activities or violating intellectual property rights.
Creating derivative works from any part of the service.
Engaging in fraudulent behavior, such as impersonating others or falsifying personal details.
Any violation of these conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your access to Skoiy’s services.

Content and Liability

While using Skoiy, you may come across third-party content that could be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate. Skoiy does not monitor or regulate such content and is not liable for its accuracy.

Additionally, Skoiy may process Customer Content in an anonymized and aggregated format for service improvement and development purposes. However, all content remains the sole responsibility of the user who publishes it.

By using our services, you acknowledge that Skoiy acts only as a platform for content distribution and does not assume liability for user-generated material.

Rights

Skoiy reserves the right, at any time, with or without prior notice, to discontinue any feature, third-party service, or even the entire platform, at its sole discretion. In such cases, users are not entitled to any compensation or refund.

If a user has previously purchased a paid service or feature on our platform, they will not be eligible for a refund or any form of reimbursement in case of discontinuation.

These Terms take effect the moment you accept them, register, log in, or access the service and remain in effect until the subscription expires or is canceled by Skoiy.

If you violate these Terms, Skoiy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without reason, and with or without prior notice.

Liability and Security

Skoiy may use customer content to support and improve the platform. However, any content used for these purposes will remain anonymous.
We reserve the right to refuse new user registrations if our servers reach full capacity.
In the event of hacking or any malicious action by a third party that results in damage, loss, or injury to you, Skoiy is not liable under any circumstances.
Skoiy is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from security breaches, including data loss or unauthorized access.

Legal Validity

If any provision of this agreement is found to be illegal or invalid in a specific jurisdiction, this will not affect the legality and validity of the remaining terms and conditions.

Account Deletion

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the permanent deletion of the user’s account, with or without prior notice. In such cases, the user will immediately lose access to all services and accounts associated with Skoiy.

Copyright

All content available on the platform and its features, including but not limited to images, graphics, button icons, text, logos, and software, is the property of Skoiy or its suppliers and is protected by Portuguese and international copyright laws.
